Captain Blue Hair was inspired by the Burning Man 2002 theme, The Floating World. This is a three piece ensemble, a skirt, a vest, and an optional shirt with cuffs. The hat has ornate blue El Wire trim and the sword can be filled with blue light sticks for great glowing fun.

Doesn't it just make you want to say "Ahoy there Mate"?
