Greetings from the Burning Man Office!

Dear Friends and Family,
In mid-July, the Café held a work party in combination with a volunteer appreciation party. This time we pretty much took over the whole office, with various projects taking place inside and out. A bunch of folks stopped by, leant a hand, grabbed some grub, got a hug and had fun.

Special guests for the day were my parents visiting from the East Coast. They're still not quite sure what to make of this crazy Burning Man thing, so I took them right into the heart of the beast and put them to work. I couldn't convince them to wear costumes though, which is a shame since they have some great ones at home. Maybe next time?
